Booking arrangements
Whether you have already pre-booked a specific flight date when using our booking system, or have booked a date after receiving a gift voucher, before the flight you will need to telephone us as advised in your information pack, to ensure that the forecast weather conditions are suitable for the flight to proceed. If the conditions are not suitable you will need to book an alternative flight at some convenient time in the future. There is no time limit in which you must take your flight and you can try to fly as many times as you like.
Depending on the prevailing wind direction forecast for the flight, we will be able to confirm the exact launch and meeting location at the time of your call.
